Tabedar ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App") or any related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Tabedar, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

a. Personal Information

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Profile information you provide (e.g. profile picture if you add one)

b. Order & Transaction Information

  • Items purchased
  • Order history
  • Payment status (e.g. paid/unpaid; we do not store your card details in the App; payment may be completed at the pickup location)

c. Location & Address Information

  • Pickup point or default pickup address you choose for orders
  • Address details related to order fulfillment

d. Technical & Device Information

  • Device token for push notifications (e.g. Firebase Cloud Messaging)
  • App and device identifiers where needed to run the App, prevent abuse, or support you
  • Information necessary to check app updates

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

2. How We Collect Your Information

We collect information:

  • From you – when you sign up, edit your profile, place orders, choose pickup points, or contact support
  • From Google – when you sign in with Google (e.g. name, email from your Google account)
  • Automatically – such as a device token for push notifications and technical data required to operate the App

Authentication: You sign in to Tabedar using Google Sign-In only. We do not collect or store a password. The name and email we use can come from your Google account.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and deliver orders
  • Improve app performance and user experience
  • Provide customer support
  • Send notifications related to orders, promotions, or updates
  • Ensure security and prevent fraudulent activities
  • Maintain and improve our services
  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We use services that may collect or process your data:

  • Google Sign-In – to sign you in. Google may collect and process data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google Firebase – for authentication and push notifications. See Firebase Privacy.
  • Our backend and hosting providers – your data is processed and stored on our servers (and related infrastructure) to run the App and fulfill orders.

Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not control their data practices.

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data in three ways:

In the App:

  • Open the Profile screen
  • Tap "Delete Account"
  • Confirm when prompted

Through our website:

  • Visit our account deletion page at Delete User
  • Sign in using the same Google account you used in the mobile app
  • Follow the prompts to confirm account deletion

By contacting us:

You may also request account and data deletion by emailing store.multitude@gmail.com. We will process your request in line with this policy and applicable law.

Your profile and login data are then permanently removed from our active systems. Past order history may be retained only where required for legal, financial, or security purposes.

6. Data Retention

  • Fulfill orders and provide support
  • Meet legal or regulatory obligations
  • Resolve disputes
  • Carry out business reporting and analysis

After the retention period, data is securely deleted where possible.

7. Children's Privacy

Tabedar is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at store.multitude@gmail.com for removal.

  • Restrict or object to certain data processing
  • Request a copy of your stored data

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Revised versions will be posted in the App and/or at our privacy policy URL, and the "Last Updated" date will be changed. Your continued use of Tabedar after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
